1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Nails By Ty website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Nails By Ty provides:

• Custom-sized press-on nail sets for purchase
• In-person nail services by appointment in St. George, Utah
• AI-powered nail sizing tools
• Custom nail design consultations

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Press-On Nail Orders

• All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days for standard orders
• Rush orders (additional fee) are processed within 1-2 business days
• Custom orders may take 7-10 business days

3.2 Service Appointments

• Appointments require a valid payment method on file
• Full payment is due at the time of service
• Prices are as listed on the services page

4. Shipping Policy

• We ship within the United States via USPS
• Standard shipping: $5.95 (free on orders over $75)
• Shipping times are typically 3-7 business days after processing
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• International shipping is not currently available

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Press-On Nails

• Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on worn items
• If you receive damaged or defective products, contact us within 7 days of delivery
• We will replace or refund damaged items at our discretion
• Sizing issues: We offer a one-time resize for customers who used our sizing tool

5.2 Services

• Services are non-refundable once completed
• If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours
• We will work to resolve any issues to your satisfaction

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Appointment Cancellations

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before: Full refund or rescheduling
• Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee
• No-shows: Full service charge applies

6.2 Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund
• Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled

7. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Gift cards do not expire
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
• Gift cards can be used for products and services

8. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, and logos, is the property of Nails By Ty and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nails By Ty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

11. Allergies and Sensitivities

Our products contain adhesives and materials that may cause reactions in some individuals. Please review ingredient lists and perform a patch test if you have sensitivities. Nails By Ty is not responsible for allergic reactions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Utah.
