Yes! If you use adhesive tabs, you can easily remove and reuse your nails multiple times. With glue, gentle removal allows for 2-3 uses. Each set comes with extra tabs for reapplication.

Our quarter-based sizing tool is accurate within 0.5mm when used correctly. The key is good lighting, proper quarter placement, and following the photo guidelines. Over 95% of customers get a perfect fit on their first order.

We include a gentle file with every set for minor adjustments. If a nail is significantly off, contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll send replacement nails in the correct size at no charge.

Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order in your account dashboard.

My private studio is in St. George, Utah. The exact address is shared 24 hours before your appointment for privacy and security reasons.

Cancellations made 24+ hours before your appointment receive a full refund. Within 24 hours, you can reschedule once but the fee is non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full amount.

Just yourself and any inspiration photos you'd like to share! Everything else is provided. Feel free to bring headphones if you'd like to relax during your appointment.

For regular appointments, 1-2 weeks ahead is usually sufficient. For special occasions like weddings, I recommend booking 3-4 weeks out to secure your preferred time.

Use our Custom Builder to select your shape, length, colors, and style. Add any inspiration images and notes. Once you order, I'll send you a digital preview for approval before creating your set.

Yes! Custom orders include unlimited revisions to the digital preview. Once you approve and I start creating, minor adjustments are still possible—just reach out ASAP.
